The primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Department include: administering the City’s Health Insurance Plan for employees and retirees, coordinating the Employee Assistance Program, FMLA, COBRA, death benefits, wage reporting, unemployment, seasonal hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and assisting in collective bargaining matters.
